The W3W community dashboard provides a centralized place to help you understand your community members, growth, and activities. With the flexible functionality of segmentation, tagging and filtering, you can easily identify the top contributors who engage most with your community, or those who have high potential to convert. Based on the detailed insights into your community, you can make more informed decisions on growth and marketing strategies.
Under the "Communities" section, you can gain a full picture of your community's performance, including total NFT holders, high-value customers (we identified as whales and blue chip holders), and their crypto holdings, NFT assets, campaign participation, on-chain activities etc.
Term Interpretation:
Whales: Individuals or entities that hold large amounts of crypto-related assets. In W3W, we define people who hold $1,000,000+ worth of all NFTs as Whales
Blue Chip Collections: The NFT projects that have demonstrated a high and stable market value. In W3W, we define people who hold the following blue chip collections as blue chip holders: BAYC, MAYC, CryptoPunks, Doodles,Space Doodles, Azuki, CloneX
W3W provides an analytics dashboard tailored to games, with gamefi-specific tagging (i.e web3 gamers, loyal gamers, etc.).

With W3W's email tool, you can create and execute email marketing campaigns that are tailored to specific audiences.
To send emails, first use the Advanced Filter to locate your users that have email addresses and then click the 'Send Email' button over the community table.
We provide commonly used email templates for you to quickly get started. You can edit the templates directly and select a scheduled time to send them.
W3W currently supports a free email quota of 100. This means you can send 100 emails for free per month.
Tips to collect email addresses:
W3W offers token-based campaigns to reach and influence your target audience while collecting valuable user information like social IDs and email addresses for community growth.

If you have wallet/email addresses collected from off-chain channels like Discord, Twitter, or third-party platforms, you can import them in batches or manually.
If you've downloaded the address form from Premint, QuestN, Galxe, or Crew3, you can upload it directly.
Uploading Wallet Addresses or Both Wallet Addresses and Email Addresses:
Find the template by clicking on the "+ Add CSV" button and download.
Fill in required info.
Click on the "+ Add CSV" button to upload the file and import.
In our wallet address template, only 'Wallet Address' is a required field, other fields such as email address, Twitter username, and Twitter ID are optional.
Uploading Email Addresses Only:
Find the template by hovering over "Need to import email-only users?".
Click on the pop-up link "Download Template for Email-only Accounts" to download the email address template.
Fill in the necessary information as required.
Click on the "+ Add CSV" button to upload the file for successful import, same as above.
In our email address template, only 'Email Address' is a required field, other fields such as Twitter username, Twitter ID are optional.
Additionally, we highly recommend adding a customized tag to these addresses during import for streamlined categorization and targeted marketing campaigns based on tags.
For your convenient access to the comprehensive insights of your community, W3W supports exportation of all the important information you see in your W3W community dashboard (wallet address, holding status, campaign participation, tags, etc.) as an xlsx file.
You can customize the data displayed in community table columns to align with your objectives, including transaction counts and spending summaries.
Simple click "Customize Columns", select desired fields, drag and drop to reorder, and click "confirm" to complete.
We offer ascending or descending sorting of selected numeric fields, enabling easy identification of patterns and trends in your data.
Simply click the right arrow on the right side of the analytics table for all community your memebers, and you can view each individual wallet's details
W3W not only aggregates and visualizes each wallet's historical on-chain behaviors, assets, and certain off-chain activities (within W3W), but also provides you wallet profiling based on the info we collect:
Wallet Credit & Holder Score
User Tags: active traders, gamers, staking users, etc.
Personal Wallet or Institutional Wallets

We also allow you to leverage social media to connect with users. We collect the social accounts (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) of users who have voluntarily connected social media in our platform. You are able to DM individuals directly to their accounts from our feature here.
